Who:  Volunteers for Mableton Elementary

What:  Parental Involvement Loyalty Cards (You must keep up with your own card.)

When:  Every time you volunteer at Mableton Elementary you will receive an official “star punch” on your card.  You will receive the “star punch” on your card when you sign-in to volunteer.

When you have received 10 “star punches”, please return the card (make sure the back is complete) to Mrs. Silva in the Front Lobby.

Here’s the Scoop:

  1.  When you have 10 “star punches” you will turn in your card to Mrs. Silva.  She will let Mrs. Barela know and your card will be entered into a monthly drawing for a prize.  You will be called if you are the monthly winner.

  2. When your first card is turned in, we will take your picture and post it on the Parental Involvement Wall.

  3. Each time you turn in a full card, you will then receive a sticker on your picture.

  4. 50 plus “star punches” or 5 full cards, results in a chance to be our “Volunteer of the Year”.  VOTY is in the spring of each year.

Each volunteer must have their own card.  Cards may not be combined within a family.

Thank you in advance for your Parental Involvement this year at Mableton Elementary.

Sincerely,

Kathy M. Barela, Parent Facilitator
