​Did you know that the Parent Resource Room houses a number of resources to assist you in helping your child in a variety of areas? There are fictional books for children of all ages, as well as informational books such as "Fatherhood and Your Child’s Education" & "Ten Steps to helping your child succeed in school". The Resource Room also has a number of videos and pamphlets from the Parent Institute with titles such as Teachers Learning Secrets to Use at Home, and It’s Never Too Late to Get Involved. There is also the Parents Can series that includes titles such as Parents Can Motivate Their Children and Parents Can Help Children Learn. Academics aids such as dictionaries, Leap Pads, flashcards, and board games, are also available for check out.
